ADVICE & EXPERTISE
Whether in our boutiques, by telephone or over e-mail, our customer advisers are on hand to provide personalised recommendations and help you find the shoes that best match your needs. They will be happy to answer any questions you may have on our collections and share tips on caring for your Heschung shoes so that they last you a long time.
RESOLING
Crafted using traditional reverse or Goodyear welt construction techniques, your Heschung shoes are designed to last. After a few years of use, the soles of your pair may need changing. To avail of our premium restoration service, you can bring your pair to a Heschung boutique or complete the following form. They will then be entrusted to our workshops in Alsace for resoling. Depending on the type of restoration, the cost may vary from €250-€360 and the turnaround time is usually 8-10 weeks. Your shoes will be returned to you (almost!) as good as new.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We offer a range of payment options to facilitate your shopping experience: cash, credit card, Paypal and payments in 3 or 4 instalments.
REMOTE SHOPPING
Your pair is available in-store, but you can’t make it in person? Simply call the boutique: we’ll prepare your order with care and ship it directly to you, wherever you are.
