Full-Time and Part-Time Sales Advisors

The Heschung Maison designs, manufactures, and markets luxury footwear for men and women. As a family-owned company based in Alsace, it has cultivated multi-generational craftsmanship and enjoys a strong reputation for excellence in its market.

For its boutiques in Paris, Lyon, and Lille, Heschung is recruiting full-time (35 hours/week) and part-time Sales Advisors on permanent contracts.

Position Overview
As a member of our team, you will be committed to welcoming, advising, and building customer loyalty in accordance with our sales ceremony. You will contribute to the overall quality of the boutique environment through a proactive and positive attitude.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming, advising, and ensuring customer satisfaction with a view to building long-term loyalty through personalized service.
- Engaging with all visitors by identifying and tailoring recommendations to their individual profiles and expectations.
- Highlighting our traditional craftsmanship and the benefits of our products (quality, comfort, attention to detail, etc.).
- Meeting the quantitative and qualitative targets defined by your manager.
- Contributing to the overall presentation and maintenance of the boutique.
- Processing deliveries and managing stock.
- Offering refreshments to clients.
- Providing shoe care services for customers and in-store pairs (after training).

Candidate Profile
You have a high school diploma or a two-year post-secondary degree (Bac to Bac+2 or equivalent) and proven experience in sales. Ideally, you have worked in the luxury sector, particularly in footwear and/or leather goods.

You are passionate about high-quality products, craftsmanship, and family-owned maisons. You are curious, confident in initiating contact, and committed to your responsibilities. You possess a strong sense of customer service and are driven by client satisfaction.

Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional foreign languages would be highly appreciated.
