Returns and exchanges

Not sure of the fit?

We offer exchanges and returns on all orders within 15 days after delivery, allowing you to try on as many sizes and styles as you like.

We are available to help with any sizing and fitting questions you may have. You can reach us from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at +33 (0)3 88 91 43 43 or by email

Not sure what can be returned?

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Ateliers Heschung garments tags still attached. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.    
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are sure you are keeping them. Shoes must be returned unmarked and in the original packaging.

Looking to exchange?

1. Log in to your customer account on www.heschung.com and in “My orders” click on the corresponding order.
2. In the section “My Merchandise returns”, check the item(s) you wish to exchange and specify in the field provided the item(s) you would like as a replacement, then confirm. Do not forget to specify the quantity and the size you wish.
3. After validation of your exchange request, you will receive an email stating that the status has changed into “Waiting for the package”. Then you can send us back your exchange item(s) to the following address:
ATELIERS HESCHUNG, Service Web ZI EIGEN, 67490 DETTWILLER, FRANCE
(If you live outside EU, please join 4 copies of the bill, the proof of customs fees payment and give the documents to the carrier).
4. Once we receive your parcel, your replacement item(s) will be sent to you free of charge.

If there is a price difference between the item(s) you sent back and the one you wish to order in exchange, we will get in touch with you after receipt of your parcel either to offer you different payment options or inform you of the reimbursement.

If the 15 days-period has been exceeded and you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at +33 (0)3 88 91 43 43 or by email.

 

Looking to return?

1. Log in to your customer account on www.heschung.com and in “My orders” click on the related order.
2. In the section “My Merchandise returns”, check the item(s) you wish to send us back and specify in the field provided the reason of your return.
3. After validation of your exchange request, you will receive an email stating that the status has changed into “Waiting for the package”. Then you can send us back your exchange item(s) to the following address:
