Delivery

To provide you with the highest level of service, we have selected shipping solutions that are both reliable and convenient.

Within France : Delivery is handled by Chronopost and is offered free of charge within mainland France for all orders over €250. Delivery usually takes between 5 to 7 business days, depending on the time of year and destination.

Internationally : Deliveries are carried out by DHL. Shipping fees, customs duties, and specific terms are detailed prior to order confirmation, based on the destination country and the value of your basket.
Heschung & Cie has no control over any customs duties that may be applied once your shipping address has been entered. If you are unfamiliar with your country’s customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
