Returns

You have 21 days from the receipt of your order to make a return and try different sizes or models.

• Return shipping is free of charge within mainland France.
• For all other destinations : return costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the country and the value of the order.

Return Conditions

Only new and unworn items, returned with their original accessories and packaging (dust bags, tags, boxes, etc.), will be accepted. Any item showing signs of wear or damage will be returned to the sender. Shoes must be tried on a clean, smooth surface to preserve their original condition.

Would you like to make a return ?

Returns from mainland France :

1. Log in to your customer account on www.heschung.com, go to the "My Orders" section and select the relevant order. Click "Return", select the item(s) you wish to return, indicate the reason in the dedicated field, then confirm.

2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label by email. You can then send your parcel to the following address :

3. Your refund will be processed within a few days after we receive your parcel.

If you wish to exchange your size or model, you may return your order and place a new one directly.

Returns from abroad :

1. Click on this link to register your return and follow the instructions. Return costs are at your expense and will be deducted from your refund.

2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return label by email. You can then send your parcel to the following address:

3. Your refund will be processed within a few days after we receive your parcel.
