For gentlemen riders

Sharing a fascination for authenticity, quality and know-how, BMW Motorrad and Heschung were destined to meet. Both have made the most of their unique heritage and their experience to drive innovation further. Together they have created the Rider Boot, a style tailor-made for gentlemen riders.

Heschung patented system

The Rider Boot combines style, technical features and safety. It incorporates a patented protection system designed for optimum effectiveness both on and off the motorbike, consisting of a removable shoe guard which slots perfectly into a system of grooves in the sole. This innovation means the wearer can concentrate on riding the bike without fear of wear caused by rubbing against the gear lever. Off the motorbike, one can walk normally, unhindered by any extra thickness under the foot.

Another important detail: the elasticated strap and the sole of the guard are made from a special kind of rubber – a nitrile blend which is resistant to hydrocarbons and high temperatures. All the know-how of the Heschung Ateliers in France goes into the manufacture of the Rider Boot. Special care has been taken with every detail: from the full-grain leather to the brass buckle, nothing has been neglected.

Specially designed for long-distance riding, the Rider Boot for men is made from black Beluga leather, a supple leather with a subtle grain which is extremely comfortable to wear. The boot also has two gussets on the sides to guarantee that it is perfectly sealed. It comes with the removable guard which protects the boot from wear caused by repeatedly changing gear. Thanks to the system of grooves and the sanded sole, the guard stays perfectly in place when on the road; and off the motorbike, the sole’s design makes walking a pleasure.
