Antoine —

The Assembly

To make sturdy and elegant shoes, you need to be delicate, yet at the same time, capable of using force to master your work tool. The machine and I form an inseparable duo; to be efficient, I must take great care of it and know it inside out.

Annabelle —

The Gazzling

My work requires physical strength, a field traditionally reserved for men. I am proud to hold this position as a woman and to use my potential in service of a brand that promotes values I share.

Adrien —

The Reverse welt construction

I had the privilege of learning from the elders, exceptional craftsmen who practiced reverse welt construction for many years at the workshop. Beyond the technique, they passed on to me their passion for the craft. Every time I sew, I am amazed by the beauty of the stitch and proud to perpetuate this expertise in my own way.

Armen —

The "Petit Point" stitching

Shoe manufacturing is second nature to me. At Heschung, I feel at home, as if I am part of a big family. At the workshop, I have forged lifelong friendships, and that’s what motivates me to give my best.

Abel —

The Milling

Originally, I was a chef, and my curiosity led me to the profession I practice today. I see similarities between cooking and my work at the workshop: whether it's preparing a refined dish or crafting Heschung shoes, it requires a skillful blend of fine materials, expertise, and a good dose of love.

I also believe it is essential to put heart into your work, as passion is the key ingredient to creating a quality product.

Thomas —

Workshop Manager

At Heschung, nothing is automatic. Of course, we use machines, but behind each one is an exceptional craftsman. It’s this meeting of technology and expertise that gives birth to shoes made to last.
