Velours Gras is an oiled, reversed, and carefully sanded calfskin. This thick leather is distinguished by its patinated and greasy appearance. Unlike other leathers, which are processed on the grain side, Velours Gras is crafted from the inner side of the hide, offering better breathability and great durability.
Italian tannery
Clean with a dry cloth or with water and Marseille soap. Allow to dry away from any heat source, then lightly brush. Larger stains can be removed using a suede eraser or a natural crepe brush. Occasionally, apply a waterproofing spray in small amounts.
