Our advice:

Heschung shoes are designed to last but do wear out over time and may eventually need resoling…
The fact that they are handmade with genuine reverse welt or Goodyear construction makes this operation possible.
Depending on the overall condition of your shoes (inside appearance, wear on the lining, tearing of anti-slip heel grips), you will be advised whether or not resoling is appropriate.
Your shoes should be examined by a qualified technician who will then advise you accordingly.

If you bought your shoes from one of our boutiques:

  • Give preference to taking your shoes to the Heschung boutique where you bought them or an approved shoe repairer in your area.

If you bought your shoes from our online store heschung.com:

  • Give preference to taking your shoes to a Heschung boutique or an approved shoe repairer in your area.
  • If you are unable to visit one of our boutiques, send one or more photos of the shoes (inside and out) to serviceclient@heschung.com. We will examine the photos and let you know if your shoes seem repairable. When the shoes arrive at our Ateliers, we will send you a quotation and payment must be made before work commences.

If you bought your shoes from one of our multi-brand stockists:

  • Take your shoes to the stockist where you bought them or to an approved shoe repairer in your area.
