Supply Chain and Cross-Functional Projects Technician - CDI

Main Responsibilities:

Within the production team, you will ensure the daily monitoring of supplies to guarantee the availability of raw materials and components required for manufacturing.

Monitor stock levels of raw materials and components
Participate in inventories and stock checks
Place orders with suppliers (leather, soles, heels, threads, etc.) in the ERP system
Follow up with suppliers and monitor delivery timelines
Record goods receipts and verify their compliance
Monitor orders placed with subcontractors and check received deliveries
Ensure consistency between purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices
Update tracking dashboards and provide regular reporting
Organize shipments: request transport quotations, prepare and track shipping documents (DHL, etc.)

Cross-functional Projects:

In addition to supply responsibilities, the technician will handle operational topics related to stores and the workshop.

Monitor special orders in coordination with stores and the workshop
Track repairs: receive requests, coordinate with the workshop, and inform stores
Inspect finished trading products upon receipt and issue reports in case of non-compliance
Manage administrative follow-up of approved cobblers: approval requests, component orders, verification of delivery notes and invoices

Profile Required:

Education: BTS GTLA, Bachelor’s degree in Logistics / Supply Chain, or equivalent
Skills:
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
o Product sensitivity and craftsmanship awareness (leather, components, artisanal know-how)
o Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
o Ability to anticipate needs
o Good interpersonal skills with workshop teams and suppliers
Experience: Preferred but not required (internships or apprenticeships appreciated)
